Our Philosophy

Large companies with high-end technical consultants generally do not go after the small to medium-size business market because the margins are too low and they have much overhead to support. True Ingenuity Consulting, LLC uses a remote model so that our consulting fees go to providing the best consultants rather than fancy buildings and multiple levels of management. This is how we are able to provide high-end fortune 500-level support at rates that small businesses can afford. The remote model is also why we use a PO box rather than a street address.

Most information technology support businesses attempt to maintain the customer relationship at the corporate level frequently assigning new consultants to a customer project. This is done so that lower paid consultants don’t leave and take valuable customer business with them. True Ingenuity Consulting, LLC encourages a strong relationship between our consultants and customers. Our consultants work as an extension of our customers’ own personnel. We treat our consultants well in order to minimize the possibility of them wanting to seek employment elsewhere.
